We walked in last night around 9:45pm and ordered food to dine in. Checked Google just to be sure of the opening hours and it clearly said closing at 11:00pm and had not mentioned Dine in will be closed at 10pm. If that was the case we would have really appreciated if that information was passed onto us while we placed the order.
Just before 4mins to 10pm a crew member walked in and said they are closing the dinning room at 10pm and we’ll have to leave soon. We said thanks for letting us know and will leave as soon as we finish eating. And just at 10.02pm she came again and said the dining room is closed and we need to leave! My friend was still eating her burger!!! So we had to stop eating our food mid way and just leave the store!!! It was shocking and extremely disappointing… I’ve worked at Hungry Jacks for over 5 years in the past and there was never a day we asked a customer to leave the store while having their meal, just because it was closing time. Standards have changed quite a lot at Hungry Jacks for the last 10 years or so I guess!
If this is the customer service and standards that Hungry Jacks practice now, it doesn’t really matter if the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks! Disappointed...

Read moreThe staff at Hungry Jack's in Forest hill have no idea what they are going. Their customer service by Harpreet was poor. She tried to charge me extra to get a regular cheeseburger instead of a bbq cheeseburger. No other store charges for changing a sauce. When the only difference was the sauce.
There was no manager on duty at the time so I did not order. The manager Malvika came in after I was about to leave. I bought ordering a different though the manager would be fine (ordered whopper with no onion and mayo due to dietary restictions) yet both whoppers came with mayo and onions which I didnt discover until I was home. Both burgers went in the bin. Wont be coming back here again. With today's unemployment rates surely you could get staff who actually know what...
