July 10 at 22.38pm I Decided to return through Drive-Thru after "Clare" initially refunded my card for an order that was messed up. After refunding my card she gave a pretend smile and slammed the window in my face.
I returned to the Drive-Thru window at 22.38pm ( 12 minutes after the refund was reluctantly given ) and told her slamming the window in someone's face is poor form. She said it was because they "were busy." I asked if she was the manager on duty. She said yes. I asked what her name was, as she didn't have a name tag on for being in such a role. She said her name was "Clare."
"Clare" had an answer for everything. "I do, but I washed my clothes earlier today."
I got back to her being rude and tried to explain that there were better ways of talking to customers.
"Did you come back just to say that?" she said sarcastically.
So not only did she double down on her initial rudeness, she decided to sprinkle in a little insolence with it.
What is going on with such employees? Slamming windows in customers' faces. "I do, but I washed my clothes today" reasons for not wearing name badges, "Did you come back just to say that?" sarcastic responses.
