Unfortunately I have had to resort to creating a bad review since all attempts to contact this store have gone unresolved. I ordered some platters for a staff lunch on Monday the 8th of January. They had been paid for via subway website the week prior. Just before scheduled delivery time the order was cancelled by subway. I tried to call. Their phone number is invalid. I personally went into the store where the staff advised me they had sent out the order and I need to contact menu log now. Even though i ordered it directly through the subway website?

I have promocode if u buy 6inch and then 6 inch free. If u want still I have the promotion code. I request many times but they all are very rude with me. Even they charge me 17$ for the footlong. Firstly I paid but after some time I chq on the app the footling price is 13.20$ but the staff charge me 4$ extra. Even the salad is not fresh. Poor quality and poor taste. Read moreI did an order for delivery for a work lunch. I get a call from the managers (an hour after it should have been delivered )saying it hasn’t turned up. I tried calling the store number, it doesn’t work. I also tried calling head office and they just have a recording telling you to send an email. At 1:34pm (2 hours after it should have been delivered) I get an email telling me to come pick up the order and they had tried calling me multiple times. They called off a mobile number but never left a voicemail. I did try calling one of the mobile numbers back, but I got no answer.
