Hungry Jack's Burgers Watergardens — Restaurant in Melbourne

Whole night crew run by Indians. Delivery drivers block the only axises to the drive threw and staff sit outside on burger and milk crates and talk there language with the delivery drivers ( forgot to say Indian as well. All night jobs are only given to Indians and then the government talks about getting kids off the dole with most if not all night jobs are taken or given to there own kind. Now we get told from 10.30 onwards there is no Sunday ice-I creams !! No thick shakes served after 9.30. No onion rings or angry onions severed after 9.30--10.30pm. The excuse is that they are waiting on delivery ( HELLO food chain stocks up!!!)!!There's monkeys have their same culture people come in and get jobs cause the hiring person is India as well. .... 24hr food service providers advertise on television all there products. Why I know so much is because my back roller door is open for our family car and kids bicycles and I see and hear and as Well as the crap mistakes the staff make. Car park and inside restaurant is always dirty. With unpicked rubbish for days. My lane way up against our roller door and back of Bunnings has hungry jacks rubbish everywhere. There is no stricken order or authority in taylors lakes hungry jacks. At night as they are all talking in their own language. Funny to hear there staff tell each other what to do in there own language, Next I will be filming all of this and then ask the tv and radio media to come and interview me showing the owners of Hungry jacks and the residents that this store looses money because of language barrier and many store items not cooked because of there selfish laziness to clean Up afterwards Same time just 2km up the road keilor hungry jacks serves everything...

I went at 1650 for an ice team cone, I was informed machine was broken and would I like to order anything else? I said yes I would have chicken tenders medium meal with Coke zero. The young man said, would you like anything else with that? I said no thank you this is what meal would you like? I said a medium meal please he said what drink would you like? I said Coke zero please. When I went up to the window to click my meal, they gave me my drink, medium and told me to give if I could go and wait which I did at 1700. My meal still not have not come out at five past. The young girl came out and offered me a different meal to what I ordered. I’m her that I didn’t order that meal. I ordered the chicken tenders. She went back inside. A blonde lady came out and said that this was my order and gave me a receipt that I could be I could not read I said no I ordered the chicken tenders. She said I said I’ll pay the difference cause I have paid cash. She said I know you paid to. I’ll go and work it out. I’ll be back in a minute at 5:10 she still had not come out so a young lady had come out and she was giving Another customer their order and I and I said I’m this was at 5:10. I said thank you for my order not arriving. I will. Inot want the order as I cannot wait I’m because I’m going to be late for work so I left. I waited 20 minutes and it was not right that they took so long and the young man that served me walked past me with a smile on his face and got in a car and left for the day, very professional and...

If i could give 0 star, I will give this store 0, pathetic customer service, didn’t evn bother to serve the customer at couter, in the evening i went there a girl staff with a boy staff just talking in front of me, the look was just ignoring from all the staff there, they were busy in talking with each other for about 5 minutes other staff also saw me standing there but no one came to serve as it was just looks like there moto to not serve you and make you feel like ignored so that you won’t come to the store ever and also the store was just empty no customer there, after waited for about 7 to 8, when that girl finished talking with her co worker finally came up to serve me, in my order i asked her to add 2 spicy sauce also paid for that, but when I received my order and opened it no sauce was there, please if you don’t want to serve the customer when even it was not busy at all, please close the store rather than making people feel ignored.. I will never come to this store...
