Hungry Jack's Burgers Werribee Plaza — Restaurant in Melbourne

We were going to go to KFC across the road but the lines were really long, so we went through the drive through at HJs across the road instead. We ordered the baconator deluxe meal (no tomato) and an angry whopper with large onion rings. The onion rings looked like they had been cooked three times, were burnt dark brown and were barely room temperature. They put tomato on the baconator delux (allergy alert) even though asked not to, didn't put cheese or tomato in the whopper, it was cold, had 6 little pieces of lettuce and 2, yes 2 pieces of angry onion and 6 jalapenos which had no flavor or spice at all (I photographed this in disbelief). The chips were a bit hotter than the burgers, but not much. The only thing they appear to have gotten right was my Coke zero. If I could give them 0 stars, Iwould. Next time I'll wait in the lineup up of 10 cars at KFC...

Unfortunately, my experience at this branch has been consistently poor. The place is absolutely filthy — from the floors and tables to the cooking areas and even the toilets. It's unhygienic and off-putting. This wasn’t during a busy school rush either; school hadn't even finished, so there's no excuse to blame student crowds.

On top of that, the food was cold and orders were incorrect — again. This isn’t just a one-off bad day. It’s been a recurring issue whether ordering inside via the cashier or through the drive-thru. It feels like staff are not paying attention to quality or accuracy, and there's very little care shown in the service or the food preparation.

The environment gives off a sense of neglect, and it’s not what customers should expect from a well-known franchise. A serious clean-up, better training, and more oversight are...

Absolutely disappointed to say, there were a group of teenagers running around in & out of the restaurant while my daughter & I went to order blocking customers ways etc. Those same teenagers had brought ā Bluetooth speaker turned the music up loud not able to hear the staff call out order numbers. Received our order not long after to which they didn’t give straws and our burgers were so cold like it needed to be defrosted disgusting. Put me off, to think the manager would tell the teens to leave smh it hadn’t been done. I threw my order in the bin the fries looked eaten urgh just gross.
