I had not used this location for years due to not being happy with them then, but I figured they must have improved by now, right? Wrong.

First, the cashier doesn't speak English. She had no idea what I meant when I said I wanted tomato sauce instead of BBQ. I could not understand a word she said when confirming my order.

Over 15 minutes later, after seeing several customers receive their orders, which they purchased after me, from the other cashier, she finally comes back with a bag and tells me my "Pickles, sir" are done. Turns out it is what I ordered, oh no, wait a minute, BBQ sauce... for some reason, she understood when I said I wanted "ketchup" and not BBQ. 10 mins later, I got my order... but no orange juice. The other cashier heard me and just made the OJ instead.

Next complaint. Why is the orange juice watered down with soda water? Who wants fizzy orange juice? If I wanted that for breakfast, I'd order a Fanta.

Then, more anoyence, I looked at the receipt and was charged to change from BBQ sauce to tomato sauce!!! I know it's only 30 cents, but SERIOSLY?

I'm done with this location and not giving it another chance again in future. Stick to KFC accross from them, or the servo. No complaints about either of those stores.

The stupidist thing about this location is any time you use the drive-through, they tell you to park.... WHY? There's never any other cars behind you. If I wanted to park and wait, I'd might as well park my car and go in and order. There is NO reason they should be asking...

Hospitality at its WORST!!! Was ignored whilst staff talking in their own language. I asked for manager and he was untidy, looked dirty and was mocking and down right rude, and pretty much unintelligible. I told him that I was going to ring Dept of Health due to rubbish food on floor, that was after I saw someone throw a whole bucket of water that sprayed into chips! He didn’t care. He said that was there as they were closing. Well that was 5.40pm and the web site says they close at 9pm. A young boy came in waiting and waiting to be served. He had been waiting in the car in the “wait area” for 20 min. The mgr told me to wait 5-8min. I said why so long, he said cos we’re busy. There was 1 car in the drive thru and I was the only one waiting at the counter. This place is a disgrace!! I only stayed as my partner needed something to eat due to sugar, otherwise I would have “run” from this hell hole! Well done Monik, your mum would be so proud! I’ll be ringing the regional manager tomorrow. But I won’t be using the number that you scrawled on a torn piece of paper. That could have been your uncle...
