From the moment I walked into Ionsky's Cafe, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my experience was perfect. The ambiance of the cafe is equally impressive — a blend of rustic charm and modern touches, perfect for both relaxing and working. I also noticed how well they treated other customers, taking the time to chat and make everyone feel like they were part of the community. It’s rare to find a place where the service matches the quality of the food and drinks, but Ionsky's Cafe nails it on both fronts. Always pleasant to be surprised. Also handy to have your timing right. A little bit later and I would not have discovered the simple delights of Ionsky's - they opened at 5am on this particular Thursday in winter. There is not much seating making takeaway the usual arrangement. I sat and enjoyed a chicken Parma wrap with a well heated, frothy Chai Latte. The ladies in charge were friendly and enthusiastic. They produced a good vibe for a quiet afternoon....

It’s clean and tidy inside and out.

I ordered and ham cheese tomato sandwich and didn’t want it toasted or anything from the Bay Marie as it looked a lot things in there had done their time . Rather than making it fresh - it’s a sandwich bar after all, the waitress grabbed a pre-made ham and cheese sandwich that was wrapped in glad wrap and added some tomato. Not really that fresh as bread on one side was stale.
