Small Wins (Previously Nine Yards) — Restaurant in Melbourne

Started off well, came here for brunch in between meetings, great atmosphere and served by a lovely waitress. I was then disturbed by the so called male manager who seemed very bothered that I was still seated at my table after completing my meal. I’ve never had a bill placed on my table before it was requested or better yet even finished, the cafe was not busy otherwise I would have left if someone required a table. This male manager had the urge to walk up and down my table glancing and purposely looking at his watch. Great spot. Not overcrowded, and a lovely vibe inside. Open and airy.

Friendly service from all the staff that were on today; Josh, Rupert, and Anish. They all treated us in an exceptionally friendly manner and gave great recommendations on the menu.

Coffee was tasty, with single origin offerings from Maker, and what looked like a blend/milky coffees from Niccolo.

All of the dishes we had were delicious, with some staples on the menu as well as multiple items that added some unique flavours and options to try.

Will definitely be back if I'm in the area. Overall I had a wonderful experience here. Thanks to the crew at Nine...

Horrible service at Willow Urban Retreat Cafe. Was not greeted by staff when we walked in. Had to grab menus at the front counter right next to all the 4 floor staff who huddled together to chat among themselves. Very inattentive. Took a while for the table next to us to be cleared. Young waitress who came to take our order was not friendly, the only time I saw her smile was when we sat down at the counter to play on her phone. Looked like she didn’t want to be there. Have had better service at McDonalds.

Mushroom dish was delicious, ambiance was great and love the branding but 0/5 for service....
