Do not recommend. Food is overpriced and comes with unwanted extras like pepper and human hair.

Service is bare minimum with no product knowledge and no problem solving skills when it comes to dietaries, issues with food or mistakes (mistakes are the business’ problem, not the patron’s).

I just want to note that ”I don’t know” is a valid answer when you don’t have access to the information you need. However, it is not ok when you use it as weaponised incompetence (don’t blame or use the other party to find the solution that is your responsibility), you are purposely ignorant in order to not have to deal with a person or situation, or staff are severely undertrained due to incompetent management (it’s the managers responsibility to ensure staff have the appropriate training OR management need step in and handle the situation themselves).

There is no excuse for rudeness in the service industry. Having worked in the industry for a long time, there is always a way to handle a situation or customer with grace to get them to come back smiling and recommending it to others.

The management here has left its young workers here out to dry. our order of 2 burgers took 55 minutes. the wait was close to an hour for all customers who ordered. one family received their order so late that when handed it they were told that the shop was now closed and were forced to leave and unable to eat inside There were only two kitchen staff working, both young kitchen staff did not wear hairnets or masks one of our burgers was the incorrect order. As the shop was closed by the time we received our order, and we were given no receipt, there was no way for us to rectify this the young girl on the register was forced to deal with lots of angry customers, all of whom were unhappy with the extremely long wait, which could easily have been avoided by scheduling more staff on.

It's clear that the boss does not care about customer service, and does not care about their young workers having to cop the brunt of miffed customers who are annoyed about things that could easily be avoided with competent management.

After all that, the food was actually decent! This place could definitely be really great under...

Amazing burgers, the store could be a nice place to go eat a burger. Unfortunately it's horrible dining atmosphere with plastic chairs and tables and I never see anyone in their. They make amazing burgers however they become overpriced when you order a double size. The Milkshakes are good howevrt they only have one size and it looks about 10-14oz or just above small. This could at least be resized to 16-20oz if they used a one size fits all. However I can only imagine then the price would become to exporbadant to purchase. The burgers are amaxinf however I would recommend asking every customer at the end of their order if they would like sauce/ mayonnaise on their burger, or if they would liket have it without, it's easily forgotten and not to mention the health implications, it destroys the taste when covered in stuff you just can't remove. I would give the it a 4.5/5 as the food is awesome as are the staff and the quick service as well as the hours for an area that closes down most other places...
