Jessie's Pizza Point Cook — Restaurant in Melbourne

After doing the right thing and ordering our pizzas online, we have waited for over an hour to have nothing delivered. We called up the store and apparently nothing has come through on their systems regarding the pizzas we have ordered despite receiving an email confirmation and a deduction in my bank account. After further delay and repeating the same story to 3 different people, we had verbal confirmation that our pizza would be delivered. While Jessie's Pizza may do pretty good pizza, do yourself a favour and just call in your order. For two reasons - first, it's cheaper and secondly, you may never get your meal otherwise.

Edited: We have since received feedback and comments from the store manager who has since apologised on the glitch of their online system. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Absoloutely appalling service. After over six years of living in this community and being a loyal customer I have just had the most incredibly rude customer service. Was ‘served’ by a young man over the phone who gave me attitude in a dismissive and condescending tone for requesting half and half on a pizza. He was abrupt and terse and rudely interrupted while I was giving him my address to confirm my name, then essentially terminated the phone call. After calling back to clarify I wished for the pizza to be delivered, I was again rudely told that I can’t order pizza for delivery over the phone. I have used Jessie’s pizza for over 6 years but sadly after this interaction won’t be using them again. Was a loyal customer of Jessie’s pizza point cook… there pizza r delicious and fairly priced. However, last few times I’ve dealt with a really rude and stuck up blonde teen girl that works there… she’s disgustingly rude and has no respect as well. She made the wrong pizza order so I just let her know she took the box of me only saying “ ye wait “… I proceed to wait and she comes out a while after throws the box of pizza in the table I was sitting out and walks back. I called twice after to complain because it was unacceptable and gross customer service skills but my calls won’t going thru. That was one of the last times I’ve bought from them.

Get better staff that understand what respect is. Hiring teenagers that don’t know what respect is and throw pizza to the customer and think there all that and need to get there roots done again cause the blonde was fading is bad for...
