JJ's Pizza Croydon — Restaurant in Melbourne

We we're having a shabby night after the power went out so we decide to order a local pizza. We rang JJs, made the order and went to pick it up. To add to our crazy night it turned out that there was a computer glitch there and our order didn't get saved; but it was cool, we were happy to sit and wait for the pizzas to be made. When we went to pay, to our great surprise the owner decided to gift us the 2 Pizzas, Garlic bread and bonus drink FOR FREE!!!! We wanted to pay but he insisted. What a great person! We went home to eat by candle light and GUESS WHAT - the pizzas and garlic bread were fantastic - really!!!...and I'm picky about pizzas!!! Horrible customer service. The manager was rude.

I am an Uber driver, the only one in the store being served by the only server in the store. I was aggressively told I was standing in the wrong spot, and treated harshly and without respect by the owner or manager. Couldn’t believe it.. I’m doing the place a service and I was treated like this.. appalling.

I’m running a business that serves his business, I’d expect mutual respect from a business I am working with.

I’ll never eat here, and I’ll let all my network know not to come...

JJ's pizza is pretty terrible. I can't believe they are getting such good reviews. I accidentally ordered from them instead of my usual place on menulog (yeah... I was tired).
