E'latte cafe has the friendliest staff. I started visiting this cafe in early March and continued to go back due to the friendly service. Now I travel the 15 minutes for the devine coffee also. Today I went to E'latte at close and the staff were extremely accomodating. It was insisted that I sat down whilst waiting for my late lunch to be heated up. The staff chatted away to me like they were old friends. It is refreshing to move to the city and discover places that feel like home. I was assured when making the move that service would never be like it is in the country. It seems the country folks are wrong. Empty shop. Toilet bins were overflowing with empty rolls Random bloke on the floor/stairs back of house eating on the way to the toilet. Very unclean kitchen spotted on the way back from the toilet. Chopping boards with similar limp lettuce as seen in Chicken bagel that arrived promptly. Wife questioned it but was assured it was fresh. Felafel wrap was ordered from fridge, but weirdly took 20 minutes to arrive and ended up being a felafel panini that was subpar. Friendly guy but honestly has absolutely no idea what he’s doing.
