John & Mario's Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Bought 2 pizzas, and found them to be very tasty. 1 was a family pizza - Mediterranean pizza and the other was a Margarita pizza. My whole family and myself really enjoyed the pizzas. They gave us garlic bread on the house - that was tasty as well. Also, to add when I walked-in to pick up the pizzas, I was greeted very warmly. Great customer service and pizzas! Having worked in Sunbury over the past 12 months, I have ordered pizzas from here on several occasions for our workers and I’ve got to say, these are right up there with the best traditional pizzas I’ve ever had! Always tasty and fresh, the owners are super nice and have always been very accommodating. With our works almost complete, I’m really going to miss this place but will not hesitate to stop whenever I’m in the area. Keep up the good work...

Very average pizza, nothing special. Despite the Italian company name, this is a distant cousin of an Italian pizza. Thick dough and loads of topping - Aussie style. But the thing that put us off is, after ordering Pizza at 5.30pm asking for delivery at 7pm, the pizza didn't arrive until 8.40pm. We called twice asking where the pizza is at and didn't even get as much as a free drink or garlic bread as a sorry....
