Hii im manpreet kaur ex staff of Jugnu Indian Restaurant.. I have such a bad experience as a staff member .. They guys did fraud with me.. I worked there on my clg holidays may be around 2 or 2.5 months.. In the very first month, they paid me properly and on time. After that i want one off on Saturday due to family commitments and she told me that u can’t have off on weekends but i have family emergency thats why i need off on that day after that, she told me that if u wanna off on that day i need to hire new staff and ur shifts gonna cut .. i said that’s fine but i need off. After 1 week she didn’t give me any shift and I massaged her on 21 july and said just clear my 3 weeks payment which was around $800. Its too much for me bcoz im student i need to manage my clg fees, my expenses and all that. Next day on 22 July, she replied me that i have stole there money and they also mentioned that they all the evidences in the cameras.. Then i called them and asked for the camera recordings where i have stole the money.. they said that our technician will took 4-5 days. I said okk bcoz I haven’t done anything wrong.. im innocent and honest towards my work.. after some days i called them many times but they guys didn’t replied me back .. then on 25 July me and my sister went to their restaurant to talk with them.. but instead of showing me any proof against me he told me that technician will give the recordings in next week .. On that day i cried too much infront of him.. im literally begging for hardwork’s payment which were is mine.. after some days i told my brother to talk with me bcoz i was totally depressed and get sick bcoz they guys just blamed me without any proof.. my brother asked for the proof they again said the same things. And brother told that can u tell the date or time when u guys send the recording.. then i called them many times i have all the proofs. And finally on 22 august they picked up my call, and said that they don’t want to talk with me. I said why and they hanged up the call and then didn’t answered.. Today me and my sister went there again for begging my hardwork’s payment. We wait there around 2 hours and they guys didn’t come outside to talk with us. Just saying we don’t want to talk with u.. I asked for the recordings he said they have all the recordings but they will not gonna show us. I asked for the reason they didn’t say anything.. his wife was shouting on us that get out get out .. i said just clear my payment and i will leave .. they ingored me i said god is with me.. God will do fair with me just wait and watch …. I just need ur help guys i have all the proofs against them that they did fraud with me .. last thing i just need ur help and support #We need to taught a lesson to these types of people so that they will not do the same thing with any other...

I am a very fussy person in terms of food and from the time you enter the door the frontline staff welcome you like family. A native of India, I have struggled to find authentic indian food. I could not believe my fortune when I found Jugnu Indian Restaurant!

The food is consistently excellent. The biriyani is a favourite as is the chicken korma and the butter chicken. The flavours of the dishes are a veritable feast to the palate. The nan breads are cooked to perfection, and I highly recommend the aloo paratha, both are great to gather up the beautiful flavours of the curries. The raita adds as a wonderful accompaniment to any of the dishes with its fresh salad and yoghurt combined.

My favourite desert is the Gulab Jaman my ultimate favourite Indian sweet. Try it. It will not disappoint!

All in all, this restaurant is a weekly favourite when we are able to gather together. The people who host this venue are the most kindest, friendly and authentic people. They treat you like family.

I highly recommend that you look no further than Jungnu in Sunbury. Whether you are a local or visiting from neighbouring suburbs or further, Jungnu is well worth the visit. You will never go...

AVOID!!!! Ordered here for the first time tonight. I completely regret ordering here!!!! They are very rude!!! The customer service is terrible!!! Order said it would be here at 6:25pm, didn't receive anything until after 7pm!!! Tracking information was dishonest, said order would be there in a minute, then it changed to almost there, then it disappeared!!! Called the restaurant for rude treatment, being loud over me, very disrespectful!!! I said if you don't care if you lose customers over such bad service, it says alot about the kind-of business they're running!!! They don't care about fixing issues or losing customers!!! Then a Lady started nasty screaming, and hung up the phone on me!!! I paid alot of money to receive cold food!!!! That's not fair at all!!! Raita serving was a complete rip off!! The Shahi Paneer from here is the worst I've ever tried!!! It's disgusting!!! Tastes absolutely awful!!! Way to ruin my favourite curry!!! Never had an issue at other restaurants with this!! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! Really poor customer service, and just plain nasty!!!! Not a good way to treat people!!! Usually businesses want to keep customers!!!! Not nice...
