Great coffee and great staffs are the first things that you need every morning. I have been getting the coffee here everyday for almost a year now. I usually get two cups in the morning for myself and my husband. Sometimes I came back in the afternoon for another one. I love their coffee and their staffs. There are 3 favorite staffs here, Danny, Annika and Dyno, pardon me for the incorrect spelling. They are just so nice, friendly and efficient! They remember my name and what coffee I want just after my few visit. At that point, you will feel that you are a matter to them. They never failed to greet you as you enter the shop. No matter how busy and how long the queue is, they always nice, not stress and doing their job so well. They are truly a valuable staffs for the shop. I miss Danny when she was on her honeymoon. While the exterior is bright and colorful and bubbly, the ambiance inside was not.

A friend and I reserved a table indoors. No staff member was available to take us to our table, we just had to find it.

No music was playing for the first while we were there and it made for an awkwardly quiet vibe.

The seats they have we found to be quite uncomfortable as they are quite small and have no back. And no water set up for us or offered.

Just a personal pet peeve - they utilize QR codes to look at the menu and pay etc on your phone and it just really changes the dine in experience for me because you don't get much opportunity to chat with staff or ask questions about the food. Because we didn't have a waiter come to the table I think it just felt really impersonal and I enjoy the customer service experience of a local Cafe. Just my opinion.
