This place is a hidden gem if you are looking for the best chips in Ringwood & the lady is absolutely polite, friendly & always wishes you enjoy & have a great night! But when it comes to the guy that may be her husband & is rude & always has a bad mood attitude as it’s disappointing to even give him a order

When it comes to Souvlaki it’s bad as they give you the left over’s could be from yesterday or from the afternoon and they put it in the grill re-grill it and it’s so dry dry & over cooked & it’s no good!

I must say when the lady does the chips it’s well cooked crispy & well seasoned but when the guy makes it it’s no good as it looks looks like he doesn’t want to be there.

I love the Chips but never a gain will I get a souvlaki from here again as...

Food is good your average charcoal chicken. The lady is very nice actually listens to my order and understands it unlike the bloke which I ordered a quarter chicken and chips and a cup of gravy whilst pointing at the cups. He walked over to the gravy without grabbing a cup so I yelled three times please put it in the cup and he pours the gravy onto it then says it’s too late it’s already on the food and I said I wanted it in the cup then he rolls his eyes at me and says “I can’t do that” but thankfully the lady told him to put the gravy in the cup. I have now purchased two different burgers from here and both terrible.

Today I was Very disappointed in the Hawaiian burger. Chicken breast was more like 1/4 of a chicken breast then cut in half again and cut into four. So thin and tasteless. Bacon was barely there Onion was a red uncooked in one clump. Not spread across the burger. Mayo was cheap and tasteless. Was more like glue. If you don't know how to make a burger then take them off your menu board. Clumping items and not spreading them over the bun area IS NOT how you make a burger.

The chips were tasty so lucky my son got the kids pack and shared some of those.

Won't be buying a burger...
