New Age Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Long time customer of New Age Pizza. Have always loved the pizza and pasta.

However, since the reopening of the shop after the accident, on multiple occasions I’ve noticed some of the workers and their friends smoking out the front of the shop. They have table and chairs just outside the shop, which therefore makes this a dining area where smoking is illegal. Even if it wasn’t a dining area, a 4 metre non smoking area should be observed from the front entrance.

I would not take a child, elderly or someone with health problems to pick up food from here. As customers, we shouldn’t have to tolerate smoking at the entrance/dining area. Please level up so we don’t need to take further interventions or stop attending the shop, because that would be a shame as the food is...

I got the Volcano Pizza and the crust was perfectly baked ,crisp on the outside, soft and airy inside. The sauce had a rich, authentic flavor with just the right balance of sweetness and tang. Cheese quality was top-notch, gooey and flavorful without being greasy.

What really impressed me was the freshness of the toppings — from the vibrant veggies to the premium meats, everything tasted fresh and high-quality. The portion sizes were generous, and the pizza arrived hot and perfectly presented.

The service was just as great as the food. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they serve. Delivery was quick, and the packaging kept everything together….

Best pizza in town,...

Pros: very nice base on the family pizza, fresh ingredients, correct order

Cons: late delivery, really cranky delivery guy (who could’ve avoided hassle if he’d simply checked the letter box), EXTREMELY dry garlic pizza, lukewarm temperature overall

I’m only housesitting so I won’t be back, but if I lived nearby there’s no way this place would be my regular. There’s potential (especially with that amazing pizza base) but let down by all the other cons. Honestly the worst garlic pizza I’ve ever had - only the centre was edible! It’s not hard to get a garlic pizza right either, so big points lost there. All in all, decent. But well...
