Worst service i've ever received. Went through drive-in (only one there at this time) and placed my order. $54.00 was the order. Was told by guy at drive-through they have "run out of chicken" & had to pay first, but needed to wait in car park.
I noticed after i waited, and waited, more cars were coming, and leaving with chicken. After waiting for nearly 30min, left my car & went inside.
Emma at front desk said i would have to wait longer, to which i didn't understand, as by now more people had gone into the store, got food and were sitting down eating (all whilst i was waiting patiently) đĄđĽ¸
The reason i went through drive through, as i have mobility issues. Had to leave my car and limp down those horrible stairs to go inside and find out why i was waiting 30min, when everyone else after me got their chicken. Store was full of people eating.
NOTE:- Inside of store was empty when i went through drive through earlier.đ¤Śââď¸
This is one of the worst stores for service. Plenty other chicken places & take away food places within the Burwood area.
Specifically asked for 2 separate orders for different cuts of chicken, was told that was fine as it wasn't busy.
Finally got the orders home & both orders were wrong & wrong pieces of chicken put in the boxes.
Didn't bother ringing to complain, as this will be my last time going to KFC at this store. Crap service, long waits when not needed, and no apology. Order requirement was wrong & no accountability.
I actually believed them initially when i was told they ran out of chicken until i saw the cars entering & leaving drive through & people going inside & sitting down eating.
I suggest Management check their in store cameras 'occassionally' to see what actually goes on when this store is open.đ¤Śââď¸đ¤Śââď¸

Ordered food today for myself and my boyfriend, even though we've had terrible experiences - it's Christmas Eve and we just wanted fried chicken/something close by/convenient. The order was: 1 Zinger Stacker Burger Box Hot and Crispy. 1 Cheesy Zinger Stacker Burger Box. 3 wicked wings. I got my order at the window and there was 2 boxes in a bag and I asked if the wicked wings were in there. The girl said they're in the box. Get home and my boyfriend opens the box and what the actual hell is this? The Cheesy Zinger Stacker Burger Box comes with 3 wicked wings and I also ordered 3 wicked wings on the side. We took the chips, burger and potato and gravy out and there's three scraggly bits of boneless chicken and TWO WICKED WINGS WITH A BUNCH OF SKIN AND FLESH MISSING! How can you have so many negative reviews and complaints yet never make any changes? Spent nearly $50 and this is what's thrown in the box. I seriously hope this KFC franchise is shut down and replaced with something much nicer.
More rude employees than nice. It's like some of them make you feel uncomfortable so you don't come back. My top bun was nearly entirely ripped through so I had to eat (some of due to dry chicken and the burger being mostly bun) it as a deconstructed burger. The chicken fillet was about half the size of the bun. The rest of the bun is where the lettuce was with a tiny dot of sauce which you can see through the ripped bun in the photo. No sauce on the dry chicken fillet. Waste of money.

Confused and thinking that KFC no longer served 6-pieces wicked wing option (it has been a while since I last had KFC), I asked what was the next size available after 3 pieces, of which the person taking the order answered âI can only do 3.. can I give you 3?â. I was stunned and even more confused at this point. She then answered âoh, theyâre cooking more.â
She could have mentioned that they were âout of wicked wingsâ from the get-go, instead of saying âwe only have 3â. I would have understood her even if she said âwe have 3 pieces LEFTâ.
Anyway, I told her I was happy to wait, and was instructed to wait around the corner as there were no waiting bays. I was told that someone would bring out the order to me. 30 minutes had passed and no one had come by. I had to then enter the restaurant myself to ask for my order which they had kept aside.
I was cautious not to get in the way of incoming customers, and had tucked myself around the corner as instructed (picture below). However, there was still no way they could have missed me!!
Staffs definitely more training. Chicken was still good though.
