Ordered online and waited about 25 mins upon arrival (front girls were beyond slow) Got home and our chicken was so dry and over cooked, popcorn chicken was as hard as a rock and soggy chips. I called instantly and complained. Manager assured me I was getting a refund emailed and could recollect the next business day. This was on Monday 8th July and it's now Friday the 12th of july. I have spoken to 3 different managers. The manager the next day told me there was no notes or open files for a credit from the night shift before. After a lengthy discussion I was told he will speak to that manager to whom I spoke too manger and they will contact us back, he didn't, I had to call again and got a different manager this time a female. Assured a call back would happen, it didn't. Behold I call and got the original manager to whom I complained too and was told we will get a credit for lesser than what we paid for and email to me and it still hasn't been done. There was no accountability held, no one did there jobs. Very very disappointed esp in this day and age, my kids were so hungry waiting for their KFC Monday and couldn't eat it so i ended up making them oats. $71 down the drain!!! No empathy, no accountability absolutely...
Read moreI recently visited the KFC in Dandenong, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. The service was notably slow, taking over 45 minutes to prepare my order during a time that didn't seem particularly busy. This wait time significantly impacted my experience, as it was unexpected and seemed excessive for the circumstances.
I believe this situation may indicate a need for improved staff training or management oversight. It’s crucial for the staff to not only work efficiently but also to maintain a positive attitude towards customers. Respect and politeness are fundamental, and I felt that was missing in my interaction.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively. KFC is a brand I have always enjoyed, and it's disheartening to have such an experience. I urge the management to review their in-store service practices, possibly even inspect CCTV footage to understand the day-to-day operations better. Immediate action to enhance staff training or re-evaluate current work practices might be necessary to uphold the brand's reputation for quality and service.
I look forward to seeing improvements and giving KFC Dandenong (115 Cheltenham Rd) another chance...
Read moreI've tried this place a few times now because the one near dandenong market ALWAYS gets my order wrong, but these guys are just as bad but in a different way.
What is the point of opening a kfc if you NEVER have chicken? I'll go during peak dinner time 5-7pm and 4 out of 5 times they ask you to wait 20 minutes because they don't have any chicken ready. It's not like there's ever even a line inside or out so where is the chicken going? If i've ordered through the app i am screwed and have to wait days for a refund.
If i wanted to wait 20 minutes for chicken I would legit have cooked it myself. It defeats the entire purpose of ordering fast food.
I am convinced this place exists just to launder money, because there are never any customers and there is never any chicken.
Also the 1/5 timesni do manage to get food from there the pieces lately have always been a dark brown, like the oil hasn't been changed in a week. Suspicious stuff going on...
