Insaa Serviced Apartments — Hotel in Melbourne

Do NOT stay here or even think of booking.||This place by far is the most disgusting and neglected apartment/accomodation I have ever stayed in.||I waited 2 hours to get into the apartment.||Bed had no sheets ||1 toilet broken ||Washing machine broke and locked clothes in.||TV was old and didn’t get all channels ||Carpet and walls are disgusting ||Lounges are disgusting ||The apartment stinks, I sprayed 2 cans of Glen20 throughout the place |||Bugs and spiders cracking around everywhere, including a dead cockroach in my apparently clean bath towel ||AC unit works intermittently ( it was 35° during my stay and AC wasn’t working properly) ||The whole descriptive of this apartment online is false ||I strongly suggest you do not stay here||Not in walking distance of restaurants ||Not in walking distance of...

My friends and I stayed at INSA serviced apartment in the city. We were asked for a $300 bond and told it would be returned to my account withing 3-5 days after checkout.
