Crusty Pizza & Burgers — Restaurant in Melbourne

Our office wanted to give a different pizza shop so tried Crusty pizza but won’t be back. We ordered from this pizza shop from Uber Eats. They canceled my order 30 minutes before it was due to be delivered. I called and they said sorry, reissue the order. I did and it arrived 1 hour after the estimated time. The pizzas arrived and they were all wrong. None matched the descriptions on the menu. There were olives on pizzas that weren’t meant to. The Americana had mushrooms on it. The prosciutto pizza had no rocket on it. The gourmet pizzas were not gourmet at all. My gourmet vegetarian pizza was green capsicum, jalapeños, cheese and nothing else. It’s not worth the price. I don’t think it is too much to ask to receive exactly what you have ordered based on the description provided on the menu... I thought considering how late this order was they would have taken some care in creating the order and it couldn’t have been more wrong! Care factor was 0. Also it was so expensive! 8 small pizzas...

new owners in january 2017.

once again making great pizza after the quality had dropped with last owner. now making the best pizzas within 15km radius... their pizzas are now totally awesome. i would even say award winning.. comparable to the like of "bella pizza" in roville and at a cheaper price. the pizza are a few dollars more than previous owners but its more than worth the extra for what you get now. its all premium ingredients. and they are generous with the toppings, but not overkill. they really know what they are doing.

i have been twice in their first four days of opening.. do yourself a favour dandenong residents and get your pizzas from crusty again so we can have a top pizza place get good business and stay in our area. because honestly the other pizza options we have locally are...

Firstly, the service at Crusty Pizza is very poor. The staff seemed disinterested in serving customers and did not make any effort to create a welcoming environment. In addition, the waiting time for the food was extremely long, which added to the frustration of the overall experience.

Furthermore, it appears that there has been a change in management at Crusty Pizza. Unfortunately, this change has not had a positive impact on the quality of the food or the service.
