Had cold chips and warm drinks delivered because staff seem to think it's a good idea to press cold cans of drink (One of which was even supposed to be a bottle, hooray for paying for an upsize and not getting it) into the box of chips to the point it is mashing up and steaming the chips, reducing the quality of the already low quality chips, which didn't seem to be very warm before even coming into contact with the drinks because those that hadn't were only just slightly warm and even had some completely cold and stale chips in the same box, if you could call it that. Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at KFC recently, and I must say that the exceptional service provided by the manager, Arusha, truly made my experience outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Arusha's warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for a fantastic visit.
