KFC Parkmore — Restaurant in Melbourne

Customer service is meh, the guy on the register kept giving me the wrong order even though I specified which one I wanted, only for him to realize it like a few minutes later. He proceeded to not even give me my drink, and was about to take off to the back room if I had not interrupted him and asked for it. I get that he may be new, but this kind of thing should not be common.

Portion sizes are bizarre here. The KFC near Bunnings serves proper portions of KFC products, while the one in Parkmore decreases the size significantly to the point where a large chips, becomes the size of a small one, while paying the price for the large chips!

The actual wrap I got was insanely cold. It wasn't fresh, but the worst part was that the staff didn't even bother to put it in the microwave long enough for it to get somewhat hot and then serve it to me lmfao. No common sense there other than a few employees who are incredibly well at doing their job,...

One of the worst KFCs in the area

Staff constantly getting orders wrong . They are unmotivated and throw the food in the bags without any care. The customer service is non existent- rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming. They touch the food with their dirty hands, no cloves, and serve cold and stale chips and chicken tenders. Also, no serviettes or the KFC wet tissues in the bag and when I went back asked for it the attitude from the girl was unbelievable.

Staff need a lot of training in customer service hygiene and food preparation and handling. Management needs an overhaul and so do thr staff.

If you order here, make sure to check if they got everything. Multiply times I get tiniest pieces of chicken when I have to pay almost $16-$20 for meal, only for them to also FORGET to put multiple items in consistently.

If you want actual proper sized chicken for your money and not pay for the smallest effort and smallest meal, go to the KFC on Cheltenham road.
