Just like many other negative reviews on here.
Thought it was just me, but it appears this is a reoccuring issue with this particular franchise at Parkmore based on other negative reviews.
Staff got the order wrong and gave me a Taro and instead of a Thai.
I requested for the correct order to be remade.
Staff went to the store owner and advised her no.
The staff came back to me and said I asked you if this was the correct order verbally and I agreed that yes under the fact that it sounded like she has said Thai - the incorrect hearing would be due to the "T" and the fact that she was wearing a mask which doesn't help either.
The store manager took over the conversation and said that I should have checked their small screen before I confirmed the order.
Therefore I refused their product and service and requested a refund. This prompted a remake instead of a refund.
Overall, I'm sorry to break it you, but I'm here to order, not to correct staff errors.
It is not my responsibility to correct staff errors as a customer, that is a manager or store owner's job to do.
They need to realise that im not here to do their due diligence for them, I'm here to order.
If you don't hear the correct order and you make the drink wrong - it's simple, you either remake it or refund it and not try to find an excuse to save yourself $5? What do you think Mcdonalds do when they get the order wrong? They would rather lose $5 than lose a regular customer which will hurt them more in the long term from a business perspective.
This basically summarises the morals and values this store has.
A suggestion to this particular shop is if they want the customer to manage their staff for them to make sure they process the correct order. Please just invest into a self serve machine option.
Otherwise it is absolutely pointless to have a staff take a customer order when there is no "service" in...
Read moreProbably the worst Sharetea Franchise I have ever visited. Never heard that this place does not even have any substitutions for milk such as Soy, Oak or Almond milk. Pretty much it's not Dietary Friendly at all. Also, I believe it's the owner of the store with short hair yelling at the co-workers which honestly is never ok to do. Felt uncomfortable when ordering drinks from here as she was arguing with them at the back.
It is never ok to abuse co-workers like that and for once I will have to speak to the head office at some point to discuss these points. I work in another Sharetea and we all treat each other with respect so clearly that the owner needs to change her attitude.
Not to mention a lot of other customers have experienced similar complaints about the owner of the store so clearly there is a problem that has to...
Read moreOne of the WORST share tea places.. they refuse to make any deviation to the menu and are actually quite rude about it. I asked for my crush to have jelly rather than the cream top they won't do it saying have to do what's on the menu only I pointed out that it is on menu and that I would simply prefer they leave the cream off top n put jelly in no different to how its made just the topping... but nope its not allowed but it appears it's more because they can't be bothered because every other share tea I've ever been to does it no problem. The staff are also a lot friendlier elsewhere and so I'll be going anywhere but...
