My friend and I decided to pick up our dinner at KFC Thornbury early Saturday evening. We ordered a regular Zinger burger, a bacon and cheese zinger burger without mayo and a bunch of other stuff take away. When we received our food, I decided to check the burgers before we left and sure enough, they were both wrong. The regular zinger had no mayo, and the bacon and cheese had mayo which is not what we ordered so I went back to the counter and advised the staff and they informed me that they would fix it. Great, thats the outcome I was looking for so I waited. Waited about 5 minutes whilst our other food got cold. Eventually I got the burgers and walked to the car and left for home, I was confident that the staff wouldn't get the order wrong twice so we went home to eat. WRONG!!!, I was so wrong. They got the burger wrong AGAIN. This time they forgot the cheese, but at least it was without mayo. I decided to call the store, this turned out to be another disappointment, the male staff member I spoke to disputed my claims of missing cheese. He was certain there was cheese in it. 100% certain and we went on and on for a minute or so until I decided to take a photo and email it to him because he was so certain blah blah blah. Read moreStaff always rude & abrupt. This is a handy store, on my way home from work, but due to staff continually being rude, i wont come here anymore.
I always ask at drive through, what meal i want. They always say yes, then i get different things.
Today, i specifically asked for the cut of chicken i want, they rush you through, telling me 'they'll try'. Either say you can/can't. Happy to order something else. They downgrade my drink, take my money, and still missing stuff from my order.
Then i ask for a receipt and get attitude. Every customer has a right to receive a receipt.
This store has deteriorated in service & if i could give ZERO stars i would. Quality of food, quality of service and cost of food has gone up, but food quality has gone down.
Red Rooster will now get my business. They outdo KFC hands down in both. Happy to drive further for...
Read more26-August-2016, Friday night, I bought a Five stars box (drive through), when I arrived home, there was no Popcorn Chicken in the box.
27-August-2016, Saturday night, I bought a Five stars box again (drive through), I told them the Popcorn chicken was missing last night, they gave me an extra. It's Ok. But when I arrived home, I found that there was no Potato & Gravy in the box.
These are not the only cases I noticed. I actually noticed several times before, thought it was just the staff members did not pay attention to.
But, since it happened quite often, I really do not know whether they just do not pay attention to accuracy or they just do this intentionally!!!
What is wrong with this store?
Do you think no body would notice when they drive through so you can put less food in the box?
