KFC Wantirna — Restaurant in Melbourne

Two visits to this store and two reasons never to come back. First visit was a week ago and one very flustered trainee is left to try and serve a shop full of patrons. One staff out front and two staff out the back at 1230 in the day and i waited about 20 minutes for my order. Other patrons were becoming openly frustrated as well. Then at the end of the wait, i am told that they are out of the fiery sauce and i was asked if another sauce was ok...too late if i didnt. The manager apologised and upgraded my chips. Today i am told that i cannot make a modification to my order by swapping out my gravy for a larger soft drink on a meal box. A request i make often and successfully. Until today. The manager could not even come out and explain why. Terrible customer service. Might want to spend some time washing the filthy floors and benchtops too. I am a frequent customer of KFC, but you can count on that i will never come back to this store. I said i was going to write a review..maybe next time you could come out and speak to an upset customer before he/she gets busy typing customer...

Always been going to this kfc because they have the best chicken. Usually top service but not this morning. Drive through is always good, we went inside today. A guy was waiting in line in front of us to order for at least 10minutes and everyone ignored him. I had to ask them to serve us. A lady came and served him and he didn't have the best english and instead of trying to understand him she rolled her eyes at him and was frustrated at him. We ordered and my boyfriend got his food, we waiting another 15-20minutes for mine, his wings were cold by the time I got my meal and my frozen pepsi was melted. While I was waiting, two customers got their service instantly and even got there food before me. If the servers were nice and communicated to their customers I wouldn't be writing this re view because I understand working in fast food isnt easy and customers can be rude. Customers were patient and nice but were ignored. Bad...

Most pathetic store. Last 4 times ordering from the store it has been incorrect. One time I was made to wait over 20 minutes on the car park when I was told I'd have no more than 5 minute wait. When I went up to the door and was let into the store I was rudely greeted by the manager saying. 'We are closed'. I then looked around the kitchen to see staff just standing there talking instead of doing orders. While there was another 3 cars and a delivery driver waiting. I also seen staff up the back throwing water around the floor cleaning up 15 minutes before ACTUAL close. And could hear the water splashing into the deep fryers and witnessed it splashing the benches. Disgusting store, horrible service, food quality low and staff attitude beyond disgraceful. I highly recommend boycotting store and going to Bayswater or...
