This was repeated 5 times as each of my dining companions arrived. Throughout the dining experience, the staff maintains a friendly disposition, regularly checking in on guests and promptly clearing dishes.

Shocked when reading the reply from the owner who is so proud to give me the accurate to second time that your barista made the coffee. Come on, I am so sorry for you since you still haven’t realised that it is your customer service that is the problem here. 3 times, 4 times, does that matter? You can’t do it, say it, I could make a decision whether I still wanted it. I’ve honestly never come across such arrogant people in hospitality in the past ten years, first being given an attitude and eyeballed as a customer then being called a problem. This is ridiculous.

Yes, I did a mistake going there in a hurry since it was my “problem to manage my time”. Oh, try to have some control not to roll your eyes though I understand you only have two hands and would try to make things asap. To the owner: I do understand you might have no concern to lose a customer that has “poor time management skills”, but having a staff like...

Phenomenal place. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is fantastic. I went here for a mother/son brunch date with my 16 month old today. I was a little nervous about how I would manage him on my own but boy did we go to the right place! The staff seated us immediately with a high chair, crayons and a kid's colouring in book/menu he could scribble on. The kid's menu included a bento box (pictured, after a bite was taken out of it!) which had eggs, toast, fruit, yoghurt and granola, most of which he could feed himself so I could relax and enjoy my meal. The prices were reasonable and the place has a great atmosphere.
