I was served by a staff member named Maddison at the front counter, and unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable.
Maddison did not greet customers upon arrival and instead addressed me with a curt and unfriendly āWhat do you want?ā Throughout the entire interaction, she displayed a poor attitude, unwelcoming tone, and negative body language. She never smiled and had a constant frown, which made the experience feel even more uncomfortable.
I also observed her treating other customers in a similarly disrespectful manner. In particular, it was upsetting to witness how she interacted with a customer who appeared to have limited English. Rather than showing patience or understanding, Maddison was abrupt, condescending, and visibly impatient, which came across as belittling.
This type of behaviour is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your business. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background or language ability.
