KFC — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was served by a staff member named Maddison at the front counter, and unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable.

Maddison did not greet customers upon arrival and instead addressed me with a curt and unfriendly “What do you want?” Throughout the entire interaction, she displayed a poor attitude, unwelcoming tone, and negative body language. She never smiled and had a constant frown, which made the experience feel even more uncomfortable.

I also observed her treating other customers in a similarly disrespectful manner. In particular, it was upsetting to witness how she interacted with a customer who appeared to have limited English. Rather than showing patience or understanding, Maddison was abrupt, condescending, and visibly impatient, which came across as belittling.

This type of behaviour is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your business. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background or language ability.

Had cold chips and warm drinks delivered because staff seem to think it's a good idea to press cold cans of drink (One of which was even supposed to be a bottle, hooray for paying for an upsize and not getting it) into the box of chips to the point it is mashing up and steaming the chips, reducing the quality of the already low quality chips, which didn't seem to be very warm before even coming into contact with the drinks because those that hadn't were only just slightly warm and even had some completely cold and stale chips in the same box, if you could call it that. The chicken has clearly been left sitting there for long periods of time too because it was that cold and dry, I would know from experience having been a KFC cook in the past and I am concerned that this chicken has been left out beyond an acceptable time. I had the pleasure of dining at KFC recently, and I must say that the exceptional service provided by the manager, Arusha, truly made my experience outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Arusha's warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for a fantastic visit. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every customer's needs were met was truly remarkable. Not only was the food delicious, but Arusha's exceptional customer service made my visit memorable. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the restaurant was happy and satisfied.
