WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and NO HONESTY ON PRICES!

They don’t even deserve 1 star but this is the lowest I can give. I have been there once to order takeaway just a couple of days ago and was suggested (by the owner) to take a picture of their dine-in menu so I could call and order over the phone next time. Their attitude was fine that time. I called them today, wanted to order roasted duck. The price on the menu was “33.8” but I was not sure whether it is a whole roast duck so I asked the owner over the phone how much is a whole roasted duck. “$48” the woman told me. I asked what was the price 33.8 for on the menu. The owner told me “If you want to buy the duck with the price on the menu, just go to other restaurant. Our menu has been written for more than 10 years and of course the price is different now. Just hang up the phone and don’t buy from us!” Then before I realised, they hung up the phone! So it is the customer’s responsibility to change the price on the menu and they are supposed to know your new price without even being written on the menu? And if the price you say verbally is different from the written one on the menu, you just ask the customer to walk away to go to other restaurant? All right, as you wish, I will never ever go back again. Good luck to all the other people...

Police investigated this restaurant! Be careful to step in! The staffs inside are very rude and just like robbing your money!警察在调查这个饭店，里面的员工涉嫌欺诈，不要去了！Absolutely the worst experience ever. Dined in around 4pm (clearly the kitchen isn't prepared, I realised afterward they open at 5pm). We ordered 2 dishes and after around 20 to 30 minutes we asked them how much longer it will take. Instead of saying it nicely the lady somehow tried to raise her voice and insulted us by implying we ain't rich enough to pay. We got absolutely fed up with her attitude and we decided to leave but to make matter worse, one of their staff decided to stalk us really close (within 1m) for 30 minutes around the block and insulted us Cantonese slurs and threatened to follow us to our home until we pay up for things that never arrived nor close to being prepared. We called the police and they escorted us back to our car.We were fine with waiting but this sort of service and attitude do not deserve any of your money. My family visited the place last week for a late lunch. The restaurant normally closes at 3pm. We have called the restaurant around 2pm while driving on the road. We know we would be there late and our seating time could exceed their lunch close time. The restaurant is happy to take us in. The kitchen stayed open later than their normal operating hours. The lady is very friendly and we feel more than welcomed. We finish the meal around 3:15pm. We have small kids and we have been asking for spoons, water, glasses and small bowls while we are having our meal. The lady is very responsive and very patient for our requests. Whenever she comes to us, she always has a smile on the face and she has been talking to my family members. We are very grateful of her support.

The food is typical hongkongnese food. We have been regular customers. The quality is very stable. Pricing has been increasing as everything else.
