Kitty Somerset — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have been coming here for many years, and after so long my experiences here just keep getting better. As you walk in past Chesterfield couches and a fireplace, you are greeted at the bar by some of the loveliest and most competent bar staff around. I have never had a bad drink here. Menu drinks are made perfectly, but also bartenders can make you something they think you would like. Memorable experiences include the Agent Orange, and I think the other one was called Run Run Run. The Agent Orange cocktail was like an espresso martini with orange in it. And the Run Run Run cocktail was like a Vietnamese iced coffee and was served with a piece of stroopwaffel, which was delightful - I just wanted the entire biscuit! A nice cocktail bar that includes a fireplace and a nice long bar table with comfy high chairs to drink at. They are going for the cozy vibe and have some nature & ocean paintings on the walls. Pretty chill so it’s not bad to have a drink at by yourself even!
