Stopped here tonight on the way to a meeting. The shop is in a small shopping centre off Ferntree Gully Rd. Lots of parking. Even though the centre was busy I got a park on the first circuit. The people in the shop were friendly and service was prompt. I had chicken and chips with a drink, the chicken was juicy and tender with great crispy skin and a nice bread stuffing. The chips were well cooked and tasty crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The only negative is that the take away is in styrofoam, get paper boxes!

Ordered delivery via Menulog 22/06. Not shops fault, but Menu-moron left the food on my front door step with NO notification. Didn’t knock or door bell. Just left it there in 6deg on concrete.

Open the HSP to find it’s got cheese all over the chips. Didn’t order cheese. Menu doesn’t mention cheese. Shop happens to close 8:15pm and the food wasn’t noticed till 8:30pm. So can’t call to discuss the poor service by both.

Does it really matter that it’s covered with cheese. YES BECAUSE I DIDNT ORDER THAT FIR GOOD REASON. Lactose Intolerance.

Been here a few times and found the counter service laking not friendly. Well tonight it came across as just rude, snatched the money out of my hand, got my simple order wrong twice and then you served me food that had gone cold and obviously been sitting around for hours. You had a chance to make it right but just let me leave without an apology or offer to make it right. You might want to do a course on food safety and...
