Ordered a chicken schnitzel roll. The lady cut the chicken and called over the other lady and was showing her the inside because she thought it was uncooked. The lady said it was ok to her. I left with the roll took a bite and had to spit it out as it was raw and chewy. I returned to tell them it was ram and if I could get a new one. The main lady then told me it was cooked and started showing the other customers. I told her it was raw and she could try herself. She continued ranting and being abusive. Then went to use the old roll with another piece of chicken. Another customer told her she can’t do that as it’s unhygienic as it had raw chicken in it. She continued to be abusive then I asked for a refund and she argued more saying how much! How much! I ended up getting 10$ throw on the counter and more abuse.
