They used to be really good here and I've been coming here nearly every 2 weeks for last couple of months but sadly poor management let them down massively! I asked for zucchini and capsicum to be removed as I am allergic to both and despite double checking before paying that there is no zucchini or capsicum and the girl serving me double checking with the kitchen I was given the food with zucchini in it and only noticed because I checked before I left. I asked for a partial refund for now having to stand there and wait for another one and this was denied so instead of making some money they made none as I asked for a full refund. I could've ended up in hospital and that didn't seem to concern them at all. What a disgusting way to treat a loyal repeat customer. Last time they stuffed up the order I got a discount for next time but that was obviously under different management. Had such an amazing meal here! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. We started with spring rolls, satay chicken skewers, and a fresh prawn salad – all cooked perfectly with generous portions and rich sauces. The fried rice was packed with chicken, veggies, and great seasoning.

To top it off, dessert was heavenly – a soft, rich sticky date pudding served with creamy vanilla ice cream. Everything came out hot, fresh, and in perfect timing.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Portion sizes were generous, prices were great value, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming.

I have bought two take aways one for me and one to drop off at my friends. One was supposed to be spicy and one normal. I usually buy from the other Thai restaurants around the corner near to Knoxfield Thai restaurant. This time I thought to try Knoxfield. This is the first time ever I had a takeaway with two boxes looking similar with no writing to say which is which. And I dropped the normal one at my friend and ended up with spicy one myself when I got back home. I couldn’t able to enjoy the meal and had to stop halfway.
