I recently had the pleasure of going at Lacabra with my colleagues, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. We were in the mood for some flavorful and satisfying dishes, and Lacabra did not disappoint.

As a fan of both falafel and burritos, I decided to try their Falafel Burrito with extra cheese. The combination of the crispy falafel, warm tortilla, and the gooey melted cheese was simply fantastic. The flavors blended together perfectly, creating a mouthwatering delight. The portion size was generous, making it a filling meal for one person. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and would definitely recommend it to any falafel enthusiast.

My colleagues opted for the Chicken Burrito Bowl and the Chicken Burger. Both dishes received high praise from them. The Chicken Burrito Bowl was a vibrant and colorful assortment of fresh ingredients. The tender chicken, combined with the flavorful rice, beans, and toppings, created a well-balanced and satisfying meal. The Chicken Burger, on the other hand, was a juicy and succulent delight. Overall, my experience at Lacabra was fantastic. The Falafel Burrito with extra cheese was a definite highlight for me, but my colleagues' Chicken Burrito Bowl and Chicken Burger were equally delicious. I've sat on this for a few days as im still quite disgusted in the behaviours from the chef who was working shift on Christmas day. We ordered 4 meals however one was missing upon arrival. We called the restaurant and were spoken to quite badly.. the phone was answered with "hello? What?" Which I thought was extremely rude. I explained that one of our meals is missing, but before I could even finish I was cut off and told "are you gonna make a bad review?" Also quite rudely.. he argued with me for a good 5 minutes telling me that its the drivers fault (even though the bag was stapled shut which I also explained), but then he changed his story and he said they didn't have the stock.. to which I said well you should have said that instead of taking the order and our money.. he rudely told me I was wrong and demanded my address so that they could bring the missing meal over, even though he had already told me they don't have the stock, I found that to be quite aggressive aswell and this man shouldn't be working in a public facility when treating people like that, its disgusting and I will never eat here or order from here again. The lies, the aggression, the rudeness and complete lack of professionalism all from one staff member (especially on Christmas day) says a lot about your business if thats the kind of people you employ. Absolutely disgusting. Whoever the chef was working Christmas day is going to cause you guys a lot more trouble if you keep someone like that employed and representing your business. We are still appalled by his behaviour and are advising our friends and family to never eat at...

Aug 2023- decided to try this location again as I used to love their food. Ordered pick up via Uber eats on a Tuesday night. Uber said the pick up would be ready in 15-20 mins. I place the order and the time jumps to now 40 mins. After the wait time the app says the order is ready. I go in store and ask for my order. The wait staff said just a few more minutes. Ok fine went to another shop to waste some time. I go back 10 mins later (around 50 mins after ordering) and they tell me to wait a few more mins again. Finally after an hour after ordering it was actually ready. 2 burrito and cauliflower takes an hour?

There were about 10 people dining in and 4 people waiting for orders.

I get home (5 mins from the store) and my foods not even cold. Luke warm. Disappointed yet again.

2022 - I’ve probably eaten here 50 times (don’t their bottomless brunch too even) their chicken burrito used to be incredibly good last year. I don’t know what exactly they’ve done to change it… perhaps less cheese, perhaps more onion, perhaps different cuts / spices of the chicken. It’s no wear near as good as it was.

Tonight I also ordered a falafel burrito and there was an entire bay leaf left in it. Apart from the obvious fault, the burrito was bone dry and tasteless.

Really need to pick up...
