This was one of the most outstanding experiences I have ever had – From walking in the door, this place really delivers 5 stars on Everything! So, let’s break it down…

Atmosphere: * Has an excellent warm and welcoming feel with all the bright, rich wood against the very light walls. The moment you walk in you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy a great chat and excellent food. Extremely Well Done.

Customer Service: * Outstanding! Efficient, Friendly and Welcoming – our representative was very attentive, professional and happy. Great to see. For 11:00am the service was super quick and the place already had a about 15 people in there. Drinks were offered, taken, and within about 2 minutes were delivered to the table. Literally shocked me! My flat white was hot and absolutely delicious. Amazing! Orders were taken after serving the drinks, the meals took about 5-10 minutes to prepare and deliver. Excellent! The table was checked on and cleared without any major disruption to the table. Really well done!

Very rude manager. No customer service and was very belittling to talk to and seemed to be the same to the staff. Great food and waitresses, however when it came to paying the bill I was overcharged for no reason, I would have payed it if I wasn't paying attention when putting my eftpos PIN number in. There was no explanation, so makes me wonder if this happens 'accidently' quite a lot. My sister is currently pregnant, and was unable to eat the feta which was included in the meal she chose, so asked the waitress if she could swap this for relish instead - the waitress was lovely and said she could. When it came to the bill, he argued that 'we don't allow swapping here' which we agreed was fine, however this was not made clear to us when we ordered the meal, and therefor should not have to pay the extra - for something we didn't even have. He then continued make gestures to 'shush' us, calling my sister 'sweetheart' in a very demeaning way, eventually agreeing to bring the price down. If that's not bad enough, he then called the delightful, young waitress who served us over, and belittled her infront of us and other customers and staff - for allowing us to swap ingredients on the meal. Such a petty thing made into such a big deal. If your dealing with people everyday & don't believe in customer service and making your customers feel appreciated and heard, you shouldn't be in a people-orientated job, such as a cafe like this one. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Littorio’s with my friends for lunch, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was exceptionally well-prepared, thanks to the skilled hands of Chef Santosh and the other talented chef in the kitchen. Every dish was cooked to perfection, delivering flavors that made the meal both satisfying and memorable. The service was outstanding, with the front desk staff being friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. What stood out even more was the personal touch of the owner himself, who not only managed the front desk but also took the time to serve the food personally—a rare and heartfelt gesture that truly enhanced the dining experience. When it comes to ambiance, Littorio’s offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your meal at ease. The setting is comfortable, relaxed, and well-suited for both casual meetups and peaceful solo dining. While the café is generally bustling with customers, we were fortunate to visit close to closing time, meaning we didn’t have to wait for our meals.
