Start of Service 5/5 *Staff here are friendly with smiles on their faces, genuine and authentic. It makes the food taste better! Well done!

Food 5/5 *The naked burrito was generous in servings, perfectly portioned and delicious with every bite. Everything was fresh and delicious! *Grande melte was also just as delicious, chicken was grilled, tasty and smoky, added sour cream and guacamole to take it to the next level! *Kids Cheese Quesadilla however was disappointing, was too much bread and too little cheese, tastes like a dry biscuit with no fillings.. Value 3/5 *For a franchise its very steep in price, naked burrito, melt, kid Quesadilla and Pepsi can was almost $40.

Atmosphere 5/5 *The vibes you get from staff, food court atmosphere, it's no frills style, deliciousness

I’ve been coming here for the yummy burritos for months now. Always friendly service, however yesterday I happened to pay with cash for my order. To my horror, the girl took my money and gave back change with the SAME pair of gloves she prepared my burrito with… 😥 that’s like grabbing the cheese, lettuce and the flat bread which I consume, with gloves that she might have already touched countless cash and the cash till 😖 Immediately I told the manager, he was apologetic about it. I didn’t hang around to see if he made her change her gloves though. I just hope they would address food safety issue seriously. I would have given a 5...

DO NOT COME HERE!! owner/manager is so rude greedy and disrespectful I am beyond belief! Charging greedily for a small portion of extra sauce when identical franchises of Mad Mex in places like Chadstone do not! Manager said to me 'are you happy now?!" in extreme rudeness when I politely requested the sauce over the meat instead of carelessly dumped on the side.
