THE place to be! Manifold is without a doubt the most beautiful and intricately designed space in the east and is a must try if you haven’t visited before! Kim and John are 2 of the most wonderful people you will ever meet and bring such a joyful and inspiring air to the experience in their venue that is truly unfound anywhere else in Melbourne. From the beautiful hand made bar, the selectively chosen colours and art pieces, the incredible courtyard, stunning gallery upstairs, delicious and passionately made food and drinks, it’s really hard to decide what about this place makes it so incredibly special. The answer is the owners. Kim’s smile has a brightness that truly ignites your soul and fills you with a sense of belonging and acceptance the moment you walk into Manifold. Johns obvious passion and love is woven into the very fabrics of every inch of the space, and what makes Manifold so truly is unique is how much of it was created in the work space. John and Kim’s approach to running a business is so far from anything you’ve ever enjoyed before. Me and my partner just happened to stumble upon Manifold & Co when looking for a place to eat on our date night. We loved the look of the small menu and the atmosphere was inviting. It was only until we started reading the menu that we realised that everything was gluten-free AND vegetarian (we are ALSO both of those things!).

The staff are incredibly friendly and made us feel so so welcome. Kim, the chef, is a total cutie and absolutely nails the gluten-free bread (and everything else her weekly-changing menu has to offer). Wonderful selection of gf drinks too.

Gorgeous wine bar! You can soak in the afternoon warmth in the sheltered courtyard or sit inside and enjoy the Melbourne atmosphere.

It's conveniently located just around the corner from the Auburn train station.

Friendly owners John and Kim work the bar and kitchen. They offer a wide range of Australian wines and beers (gluten-free friendly!) and Kim is a magician with the cocktails/mocktails - classics and originals.
