Loc’s Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

I am an every-morning regular at Loc's cafe and today for the first time I tried their pho, ordered over the phone as a takeaway option due to the current lockdown. The pho was carefully packed and separated so as to ensure everything was fresh and it was perfectly hot when we collected it. Loc's food is always to an excellent standard, but he really blew it out of the park with the pho. I had the chicken, and it was amazing! The chicken was tender and flavourful, the beansprouts were fresh, the noodles were tender and not at all stodgy (as some rice noodles can be) and the soup was incredible! Loc's coffee, breakfasts and banh mi are always superb, the cafe is always spotlessly clean and Loc and his wife are always friendly, happy and it is always a pleasure to order from them. Loc's cafe is one of the rare instances where I genuinely have not a single criticism, or even any way to make it better. It's already perfect. Firstly the service is amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the gentleman (pretty sure the owner) with a very warm "hello there". Right after that the smell HITS you. It smells amazing in here. They have 3 fridge for drinks as well as a coffee machine, and a chalk board with smoothies & juices. They have an all day breakfast menu, a normal menu and a some quote take away food. I got my roll (BBQ chicken) to have here. The food tastes AMAZING! LIKE mouth watering while I was eating.
