Marigold Thai — Restaurant in Melbourne

Terrible service. Rang at 9:05 to try and place av order. Got the Thai PingPong service (sent from one person to another) only to be told the kitchen closed 5 minutes ago!! Fair enough. So I thought I'd ask about their menu. That's where the fun started. I asked if they have Gluten free options, which is when we had to go back to lady#1 to get an answer. I then said that I'm actually coeliac and if they cater for that. The response was "yeah ok ok" I asked again "you DO cater for coeliacs?"...she asked me"what is that? And can you spell so I can google?" Seriously? There should be a law against this. You're risking peoples lives here with your inadequate knowledge. NO WAY I'll trust this place...

Amazing food and exceptional service! My experience at Marigold Thai in Williamstown was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious—standout dishes. The Pad Thai, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, was also a hit.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make sure everyone in our group, including vegan diners, was well-accommodated.

I dropped into this lovely little restaurant to order some late night dinner right before closing time. It was my first time and I felt awful because they had pretty much cleaned up the kitchen. They were so welcoming, did not hesitate to reheat grills/cook tops etc in the kitchen to fulfil my order and were so kind and reassuring while I waited. Exceptional customer service. The restaurant design was so tasteful and aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere felt so calm and warm. Beyond that, the food was generous and delicious.
