Mastika - Ice Cream Jungle of Colour Croydon — Restaurant in Melbourne

Mastika Ice Cream recently opened in Croydon being their second branch after their first shop in Ringwood North. It is located adjacent to the former cinema and is just a short walk to the Main Street shops. I bought their peanut butter ice cream, enjoying its milky and sweet flavour. They had a variety of flavours available which included: Mastika - an 'acquired taste' of mastika resin from the Mastic flower, Jungle of Colour- a rainbow flavour, Biscoff, Rocky Road. The server encouraged me to try the Mastika flavour first before I chose buy it due to its "strong flavour". I found this place after chatting to the owner at tawooq (not realising its local) and im not a massive icecream guy but am sold. First off last Sunday 10/8/25 the young guy (sorry i forgot his name) working was getting smashed and his customer service was 100% chilled,happy & not letting the line of people get to him. He helped me decide and after getting the 3 scoops realising i wanted to take it home was more then happy to give it to me takeaway, so big props to you sir. Mastika is the best gelati shop around! We love the unique flavours they create, as well as the delicious classics. We held our son's birthday party at the Croydon store and it was fabulous! The staff were wonderful hosts, making sure all the children were able to participate in a way they felt comfortable. The children loved the games (with prizes) and the ice cream tasting, and they were delighted to create a tub of their own ice cream with their choice of mix-ins to take home.
