I recently visited this McDonald’s location and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-managed. The team on duty was fast, friendly, and operated with a level of professionalism that you don’t always encounter at fast food establishments. It’s clear that this location has strong leadership and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

One of the first things I noticed was how clean the entire restaurant was. The dining area was spotless, with tables promptly cleaned and floors well maintained. I come here maybe 3 times a week to get a coffee, sometimes with my 6 year old kid to get him a happy meal. My order was taken by a rude homosexual employee whom was talking to his co workers rather than listening to me which is okay but the things being said that were sexual just made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. whilst taking my order he seemed very uninterested in his job, Made me feel very un welcomed. Waiting for my order on the counter, 3 girls dressed casual walk into the front counter and start conversating with workers, mind you the language they were using was not acceptable especially infront of my child whom i raise to be a good decent human being in this blind society. My mind was absolutely blown by this, Isn't Mc Donalds supposed to be a place for kids? I think the staff need to be told about appropriate behavior especially around kids. I don't like to complain about what others do with there lives but every time I visit this store i see the same man in the outdoor dining area smoking by himself, i am concerned about this because he stares at my son and I almost like his judging us harshly in his mind. I sometimes avoid this store because of that man, he seems quiet odd. Otherwise the coffee is nice and my kid enjoys his happy meal. i am utterly and completely disgusted, furious, and beyond dissatisfied. i came in today with my mother and ordered 1 small frozen coke, 1 medium frozen coke, and 1 small coke. to my shock and absolute disbelief, i was handed a VANILLA COKE despite making my order crystal clear. and even with that they proceeded to which i assume was done on purpose overflow my drinks to the point where it spilled all over my clothes and car door and will not come out. i even took the time to explicitly state exactly what i wanted, yet i still got the wrong drink. when i politely asked them to remake it, as anyone would after a mistake, i expected a simple fix. instead, i was forced to deal with the same mistake over and over again. what followed was beyond frustrating. the employee treated me as if i were speaking a completely foreign language. it felt like i was talking to a brick wall. the level of disrespect and the sheer attitude displayed was appalling, never in my life have i ever experienced such a thing. i was made to feel utterly ridiculous, as if i were the one at fault when i had been clear and precise in my request. the blatant disregard for basic respectful customer service and the utter lack of effort to resolve a simple issue is what truly pushed me...
