Blonde so called "manager" who works Sunday mornings, is an absolute disgrace. Rude, obnoxious and obviously not having a good day and thinks its ok to treat her staff and customers like they are beneath her. Yelling at the young staff at the top of her lungs to hurry up and get ready for lunch menu, yelling at customers for complaining about waiting 20 mins then getting cold food She even accused one lady of lying about asking her to replace a cold burger. (police were standing right next to this woman) and she then refused to replace the meal or refund the woman and asked the lady to leave the store just because she said it had taken too long and not to worry about it and gice her a refund. This poor lady was with her young daughter and was not rude or abusive. She was actually being really polite about it all. Saying please and thank you and not once did she raise her voice, unlike the "manager". Sounded to me like there was an issue with her coffee initially and she even ordered a new one instead of complaining about the one she was originally given but the rest of the meal was taking a while so she asked for a refund if it wasn't ready. Police officers just happened to be there getting a feed, even they asked the "manager" to stop and she even gave them attitude and ignored their requests for her details for the customer to put in an official complaint so they told her she had to honour the lady's requests for the order or refund. She then threw a box at the lady and walked off. The officers consoled the lady and I overheard them discussing with her how to put in a complaint.
This "manager" is obviously on a power trip. Seriously, you work at Maccas, you're not that important and anyone can do it. Get over yourself, you're making your entire team look bad. If you're not happy in your job, maybe look at other options where you don't work in customer service, it's clearly not a role suited to your abilities. I would have gotten involved, but vicpol seemed to have it under control so I stood back and watched it unfold. Basic customer service training was definitely non existent for this employee. She has a lot of growing up to do! Certainly not manager material,...
Read moreI was there last month with my two young sons and husband and we were very disappointed with the service. Firstly, i used the self-ordered machine and the receipt came out with nothing printed on it. I went to the counter asking if i can have my receipt printed. The service attendant said it will take a long time to search for my transaction from the computer. I told her i was still having my meal in the restaurant so i could wait. However she appeared to be reluctant in assisting me saying it is very difficult for her to look up my transaction. Therefore i didnt end up having my receipt.
Secondly, i ordered a babycino for my 3-year-old. It came in a takeaway paper cup with a lid on it even though we ordered to dine in. After my 3-year-old already started drinking it and my instinct kicked in to check on the babycino so i opened the lid of the paper cup. It was coffee. I was in shock. I really thought it was a joke. So my 3-year-old son had some coffee instead of babycino. Unacceptable mistake.
Thirdly, we ordered two slices of banana bread. They were placed on a takeaway paper bag on the service tray, instead of a plate. I did ask the service attendant for a plate as i feel it is more hygienic to eat with and i was told there is no plate in the restaurant? And i look around all customer dining in were given paper cups too with no mug or cup.
I sincerely hope the Cranbourne restaurant can do better than this for...
Read moreI got to the drive through line between 10:20 and 10:30 and was told I couldn’t get something off the lunch menu till 10:30 so was made the reverse out with other cars in the line till 10:30 which has never been an issue Aslong as it’s close to the lunch menu time, I got my food and went home to see that they didn’t put the sauce in and there were no onions or pickles on the burgers and the meat was old so I went back to get the sauce and have it re made, the guy in the cafe uniform that served me checked one of the other burgers and said “that’s fine so we will only re make the bigmac” even though the food was cold by then and when I said that he said if you’re going to be disrespectful then I’m not going to talk to you so I called the manager over and she started sorting it out when he started saying it’s only the Big Mac then she started yelling too. At the end of the day if they can’t follow food safety protocols, can’t put right ingredients on the food or right things in the bag then they should be re making the food with no problem as would’ve been the case from my experience from working at...
