McDonald's Elsternwick — Restaurant in Melbourne

Unless you serve yourself and are willing to go through the bloody digital menus you want get any food. No menus on the walls anymore, except for the new additions. I stood at the counter waiting to be served and, after finally asking for someone to take my order I then had to wait for the person to finish making a coffee before she said, "what do you want?". No, "hi, what can I get you?". I asked if they had a menu to which she just pointed at the computers and stayed silent. I said I didn't know how to navigate it, is there a printed menu or something like that. She stared blankly at me with no answer. I said, "ummm, okay....how much is a medium big Mac meal please?". She said $13.35. " great one of them please". She mumbled something, I said excuse me. She mumbled another 2 times before, leaning over the counter I finally understood she was asking about what drink. I said, "oj please". Then without another word the EFTPOS machine lit up and said $14.80. "Didn't you say $13.35?", I asked No response. "Hello, you said $13.35. she looked at me like she was off her face on heroin and had no clue what I was talking about. "Why is it $14.80?", I asked. "Juice!", she replied, rolling her eyes. "You should really let me know if it's going to cost $1.50 more for juice". "Do you want juice or not", she asked. "Coke with no ice, thank you", I replied. Then the EFTPOS lit up again I tapped my card and she walked away. I then went to wait and realised I didn't know what number I was because she walked of without giving me my receipt. I went back and took my receipt from m the register myself. Of course my drink was wrong and had ice. The chips were all through the bag. No serviettes. The burger was reasonable. Service does not exist here and the customers should be getting paid to if we have to put up with that bullshit and basically serve ourselves. Won't be going back to McDonald's...

I have been here on the way to work for nearly 2 yrs now and everytimes i stopped by i always had very bad experienced! I was not about to post the review but it happended too many times already so i decided to just write up one and hopefully they could change it! 9 out of 10 that i bought coffee from your stores but i had never hav the right one. . A latte with 2 sugars inside or an ice latte with cream on top this that i always MENTIONED it and repeated it and make sure they sayd yes and heard what i just ordered, they repeat right the same orders but when i got my drink its ONLY LATTE with no sugars in it or an ICE LATTE with NO SUGARS OR CREAM , its just plain coffee EVEN THOUGH I DID MENTIONED IT SO MANY TYM and i did came back next time with the thought of they would do it right but still nothing changed and one time i did actually went in the stores and asked them if i could just have sugar in it then the guy just looked at me weirdly and didnt even say anything then he put sugar in it and was using his fingers with the straw stirrig it and i saw his fingers was like dipping in my drink as well , i couldnt beleive it so i just walked out ! VERY VERY SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE ! Same as today morning about 10:45am 15/12 i have ordered an ice latte WITH CREAM AND MAKE SURE SUGAR SYRUPS IN IT and the guy repeated my orders BUT STILL WHEN I GOT IT ITS JUST PLAIN ICE COFFEE WITH NO SUGAR OR CREAM !!! Got very frustrated but i can not just keep going in and tell them as i have work and its really annoying ! PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THE ORDERS AND MENTIONED IT OR NOTE IN IN THE ORDER AND DO IT RIGHT...
