Went through Drive through this morning atapprox 8.10 am , the girl that was taking orders in Drive through looked like she was half asleep waiting at the order station no answer after some time proceeded to drive at the pay station she eventually took my order, could hardly hear her, and had to explain to her the amount of change she had to return . Everytime I call into McDonalds Laverton they are so unorganised always forgetting to complete an order which has caused me to do a check before leaving sure enough they have forgotten an item . Your coffee tastes appauling, please get some better trained Barristers. I ordered a skinny cap this morning as always tastes like boiled water, and like the milk had been reheated over and over couldn't drink it.
It seems like the staff are unorganised unenthusiastic and simply have no idea. I believe you need a fresh crew who at least have some initiative in what they are doing and at least answer the drive through speaker.
McDonalds Altona North are far more organised and their coffee is made so much better and at least their order taking staff are switched on.
Mcdonalds Laverton no stars for you as their isn't a requirement for at least one star unfortunately Google doesn't allow NO STARS
This place has not changed for the better in fact it has become worse. Staff at the drive through require adequate training as they don't seem to comprehend your order and you need to repeat it. Very unclear bathrooms and restaurant area, this place needs regular cleaning in particular bathrooms very unhygienic.
Orderded a cheese burger with no pickles repeated the order through the drive through the burger arrived with pickles the burger wasn't freshly cooked very soggy chips were soggy and my son vomited it all up with half an hour of eating it.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS RESTAURANT OR EVEN EAT MCDONALDS AGAIN.
You only have to go into this restaurant to experience the chaos and unhygienic surrounds or the drive through yo experience yourself repeating your order sever times talking to someone who sounds like their half asleep
This restaurant needs a...
Read moreTHE WORST! Save your money and time. Go down the road to Point Cook McDonalds. Or a short distance down to Hungry Jacks or Altona Central Plaza. Here is a list of ridiculous issues experienced at this establishment: ordered a selection of slices from McCafe through drive through. They were thrown in a large brown paper bag, tossed around and ruined in a big old mess. Other places put it in boxes. We were given no indication they had thrown it in the bag without being boxed. ordered a bunless burger. All they needed to do was replace buns with lettuce. They gave wilted old lettuce and forgot the mayo and sauce. Burger was revolting and dry. a bite taken out of a McMuffin! food is often not even wrapped properly then thrown in a paper bag, so when you open the bag the food is ruined because it’s fallen out and broken apart burgers often have the wrong sauces in it. order 10 nuggets you get 6 or 7. bullying observed of another staff member. food is often cold and yuck. drive through long waits. Order a drink and you still have to go wait in the parking bay and wait ten odd minutes just for a drink. there is no care taken in food preparation and presentation If the owners/management can’t invest in providing sufficient training and supervision of their staff then I refuse to help make the owners richer. Team leaders/supervisors are always great and apologetic but the issues continue. McDonalds on Millers Road hands down are great in service and waiting times and food preparation and...
Read moreThis morning took 4 year old for breakfast at McDonalds in Laverton . My personal preference is to place my order with the staff at the “register”. However, no such register available, all orders required to be made via their self-service kiosks. I understand that this is now the “accepted” way to place orders in some establishments. What is happening to our usually enviable customer service standards in Australia? On voicing my disapproval at this now “seemingly acceptable” method of placing an order, an employee named Lucia took my order and offered the level of friendly customer service we should all expect. Lucia went up a level ensuring that the hot chocolate I ordered for the 4yr old was warm and not hot to avoid possible burns. The hotcakes were fine and would recommend these as the occasional treat. Have had problems in the past with this McDonalds’ i.e. missing items from order, fries that appeared to have been overcooked. At other times the food has been fine. I believe this depends entirely on the staff working the shift as there appears to be no consistency with the quality of the food. Perhaps addressing the inconsistencies with training on cooking processes, staff/customer relations and hygiene would help improve the ratings for this site. I am giving a 3 star rating to this site because of Lucia’s ability to deliver top level customer service. More...
