They need to have far better quality control in all areas. Just because you are *familiar with the process of whatever area of food preparation and sales you are in, *doesn't mean you can become *complacent. This is what all employers and customers expect from you. Whether it be *food preparation or *assembly OR simply *double checking that an order is complete, ALL McDonald's staff need to be efficient in all there areas. It goes right back to the basics that should of been taught/learnt when you were first trained. You need to regularly *remind yourself that you are making and selling people's food for them and their families. It's a serious thing. Customers expect and rightfully demand that they are purchasing food that is both up to the standard of pictures advertised in *Look and *Taste. In these areas, *Most McDonald's fail. It's a relatively *simple solution to remedy this. *Take those extra few seconds to prepare that food as if you were making it for a family member or loved one. We realize that it's a tedious process making the same thing day in and day out, but this is *Not a choice, it is the law that you provide what is advertised. There must be *Periodic Quality Control Inspections of orders whereby a dedicated staff member will open and inspect food before it goes out. It's simply good business practice.

Read moreIt's taken me quite a while to get to the point of posting a poor review but the standard at Ringwood Maccas has dropped so low! It was great to begin with but over time it has become dirtier and the staff more apathetic than any other Maccas we go to. Every time I have to clean with disinfectant wipes every seat and the table. I rarely see staff cleaning. The food today was almost unedible and I seriously don't expect much! Both girls burgers were wet and soggy and mine had more sauce on the outside than the middle! My friends burger was just as bad with half the cheese falling out of the burger and wrapped around the bun! When I went to get the burgers replaced (my daughter refused to eat) the staff were so busy complaining to each other about the lack of staff and who was doing what job next I had to actually interrupt to get their attention. There was no apology given to me about the burger - she simply took it and yelled for another. The baby change/disable toilet was flooded with water and when I got my son out he complaint that there was something slimy on the bottom of his shoes. Completely disgusting experience. Please Ringwood franchisee you need to spend time in the shop as its gone to the dogs. I would discourage anyone from attending until they clean up their act. BTW- I just saw another mother complaining an an older lady returning her coffee as undrinkable!...

The quality of food is average not because it’s “fast food” but often errors and lack of care. Cold nuggets, burgers put together with half ingredients offside of the burger, mistakes with orders especially when going through drive through that I don’t go there now for drive through,
I avoid this store and go to croydon where possible but as it is the closest to our karate dojo it is often the go to for the kids “treat dinner” between grading practice or they want to go together and play after class.
The last time we went they had a person pass away in store and made no effort to block the area or shut down the store. I didn’t need our children exposed to that.
The bathrooms are also lacking in cleanliness and the whole store feels very below average and unclean even with the recent playground upgrade. There just feels a complete lack of care and that is reflected in the staff attitude. I’m not saying this is all staff only my experience when we have home.
I will amend my rating if there are any improvements or changes and take photos on the next visit which is inevitable. That’s the problem. Any other restaurant or venue with these issues you never go back but as it’s Mcdonalds and the kids will go on mass from karate we will end up...
