EVERYONE SAY NO WHEN ASKED TO PARK in the waiting bay!! You will get your food much faster! Unfortunately this is our closest McDonald's, with constantly terrible service for years. Almost every time I have been there they ask me to park in the waiting bays and then serve me up cold incorrect orders. I once waited for over 45 mins for breakfast food! Another time my daughter asked for extra pickles on her burger and received it with no pickles, so she took the burger back in and asked for pickles. They took the burger and pretended to put pickles on it! Yes, motioned putting pickles on the burger. She got the burger home and there were no pickles! A few weeks ago I was asked to park and I objected, saying that they mess my order up when I do that so I really did not want to. The girl told me that wouldn't happen and she would make sure I got my order quickly. I waited and watched people receive their orders and had to call the girl delivering the food outside and ask where my meal was....there was a mix up apparently...again..... So the last time I was asked to park I said , "No, sorry....". The girl looked at me dumbfounded. I then heard her yell out to the others, this car won't paaaarrrk". I then heard someone else yell out, "Hurry up and get this order out, it is holding up the whole line!". The girl was angry and rude but I don't care! That was the quickest I had ever received my meal after being asked to park! I highly recommend everyone saying "NO" when asked to park!! This is the only thing that has ever worked for me and I will be doing it every time from now on!! Years ago McDonalds started doing the 'if you wait over 1 minute you get the meal free' incentive to get the drive thru moving... then it changed to waiting bays to keep their wait time at the windows down.... so now the onus is no longer on them to get the food out at a reasonable rate. Stop being so greedy - employ more staff and do what you claim to do - that is -...

We waited for 15min already and are order doesn’t delivery yet , one white car was parked on the side waited for their order as well, the manager are Oder gave to that white car so meaning we wait for more than 1/2hrs so one staff came into my car and asked for my order and invited me to come inside the McDonald so I went there and tell what are order because she gave me a wrong order. So meaning we waiting for a couple of min again then the manager gave the uncooked chips . So instead I took the chips out show with them that the chips is not cook yet and I leave the chips with them because I don’t wanna wait again for a couple of min. Then food that we are order after they eat they got diarrhea. Please if a manager always think about your staff , before you do action put the chips for 2min on hot oil and serve to the costumer is not good and the costumer will upset first to your staff. Think twice before you...
Read moreHad the most stressful and I joy able experience here today. I don’t usually complain it just ruined my day. We went through the drive through with an online order. Ordered 2 vanilla cones with an option to put it in a lid for our two doggies at home since it was a warm day. It did not say it was unavailable and the order went through. We arrived at the window and was immediately handed two chocolate cones, we said we didn’t order that but kept getting told that’s what we ordered and that’s what was on the screen. We showed them the order confirmation and they finally told us that one they don’t do cones in a cup and two that the vanilla wasn’t working. Shouldn’t this be said first before you hand us something we didn’t want? We got our two frozen drink we ordered in which one was dropped as we didn’t get a chance to hold it properly. Don’t get me wrong this is my go to McDonald’s and I love this McDonald’s it’s honestly great 95% of the time. However this experience kinda just didn’t sit right and wanted to share...
