McDonald's Yarraville — Restaurant in Melbourne

The only Mcdonalds I will go to locally over the Sunshine one. I thought all Maccas are the same until one day, I had to stop by at Yarraville and boy was I wrong. Seems like there is a standard that the service people have to live up to in this yuppie town area compared to the Sunshine one for the more populated poorer people (totally being honest here). The customer service was excellent here, they would tell you the straws and paper are in the bag, whereas the Sunshine people, 8 out of 10 would forget to the point that you have make sure you ask for it every time, not to mention missing burgers and nuggets. Not here in Yarraville, they get the order correct almost all the time. But I guess it depends what time you have Maccas here. As a night shifter, the food here is the best after 11 PM. On peak hours, I guess to be fair be cause of how busy they can get and they gotta churn out those burgers and fries super fast and prone to quality control issues, the quality of the food can get to the quality of Maccas sunshine when they are at their best. But I've made my choice. Atmosphere wise, it is so much contemporarily relaxing and cleaner than the Sunshine one. If you watched Elysium the movie, think of Yarraville as the Elysium. Again, have to cater for the upper class echelon of society. I've been to both many times now to make a strong comparison between the two and Maccas at Yarraville is my recommended one to be at for a nice double fillet fish, nice, juicy and tender VS the Sunshine's one, dry sandy and overdone. Boy oh boy have McDonald's standards dropped. Everytime I come here the restaurant is filthy, not once but every time, the tables are never wiped down and the floors always have rubbish on them. I asked the staff to wipe down a table for us as despite a quiet restaurant with many tables free not a single one was clean. She did not apologise for this but instead looked inconvenienced and rather than wiping down all the tables in one go which would have taken all of 5 minutes she wiped down one table only and not very well. When I gave feedback to the supervisor at the end of our meal again there was no apologies or attempt to graciously accept valid feedback from a customer. Instead I got the excuse they were understaffed today. I get it but come on, 5 minutes to wipe down a few tables ?? Although alot of MacDonald's i have been too have always at least once forgotten something from my order I always have to make it a point to double check I have been given everything I have paid for from this location. Also without a doubt there is not one time I can remember that I was given napkins without having to ask for them. I can forgive and forget a slip here and there but come on every single time?
