The stuff who is female knows my McDonald order is 150 but when I asked her whether is ready or not , she just turned her back said ‘yeah ‘to make me feel confused . Then she was doing other work but I saw the table one order bag may be my one so I asked her “ hello” but she pretend didn’t hear. Then one guy came to me then I asked him ‘ excuse me , is 150 ready ‘ ,he said he is not sure then he asked this young female who took a hat , then she came to table said it’s here. Then I asked her that why I asked you before 150 is ready but you didn’t give it to me then now you know 150 is here. She said ‘ I called the number for a while “ I told her ‘ I was in toilet’ then she said ‘ but I called long time ‘ . I said ‘ you still know how to argue customer ! can I take my foods ‘ then she gave it to me !!! It’s horrible experiences as she can not wait for customer to pick up foods if customer late to come to counter . She will show her attitude and give customer doggy and black way to ‘ revenge ‘ customer !!!! Such a bad heart not even poor service !!!!
For this shop , McDonald stuff who service customer to know how to argue with customer in the counter even she knows she should not hold the foods to complain about that customer pick up foods late. I feel doubt that whether McDonald stuff like this kind of bad argue and inpatient actions could be still service customer ? The McDonald stuff whether did training or not before start to join in the team ? What’s the reward and punishment system could be make this kind of bad attitude and bad heart stuff to scare to argue customer and provide the kind services ? The staff was an old woman. She was shocked to see me. Even though I didn’t say anything, I just showed my phone. She kept scolding me for no reason. I was confused—why was this old woman acting crazy? I didn’t do anything wrong! Maybe she thought I was a Muslim woman wearing a hijab. I think this old woman is very racist.
She told me that my food was not ready yet. She told me to go around the drive-thru again. After that, she scolded me again. She told me to wait outside. If I waited outside the drive-thru, I would get my food tomorrow.
I have never encountered a staff member like this at any McDonald’s where I pick up delivery orders. When it’s my turn, the staff will complete my order, even if I have to wait! I don’t need to go around the drive-thru multiple times! Is this old woman stupid for trying to fool me? What’s your problem, old lady?

Throughout my time doing deliveries, I have never met an arrogant, rude, and disrespectful old worker like this. All the young workers at McDonald’s are always kind and friendly. Why does McDonald’s still keep an old worker like this, who is rude to customers, racist, and disrespectful? I have never met an old woman like this before.

Read moreThis morning I ordered (1/02/25) a larger double sausage and egg meal with a chocolate frappe + coffee shot, 1 late, 1 cappuccino and a large coke no sugar = $30. Right? Yep, you guessed it. The price is right, But the order that I got? Wrong. Dead wrong. Got two flat whites. Got a normal frappe, just a normal sausage muffin, not double, not egg. And even though the manager on shift handed me the food in the drive through waiting bay, said this one’s the late (pointed to the supposed to be cap((chocolate powder all over the over coffee cup but no froth)) and tells me the frappe has a coffee shot, IT DEFINITELY DOES NOT. Sorry for the rant. It’s just a bit annoying when you’ve worked at this place (admittedly, probably not the best employee in history) but the service was noticeably better and definitely didn’t have as many incorrect orders. In the past few months I’ve had repeated orders get messed up over and over, I’ve just come to terms with fast food not being perfect(it isn’t and will never be) but considering it’s a multimillion dollar enterprise, run all over the world. You’d expect it to be somewhat good, not below mediocre.
