I don't believe what i see ... during the day it's seconds time we visit this Mackie's.... around 11:25 am and 9:45 pm same day... means sunday 24 sept 2023. Both time understandably they out signs the not do the table service and there is a take a way only policy because new covid variant the UK MASS MURDER VARIANT to keep customers and employees healthy they do this... but the self service touch screen stands are left unattended and many greasy finger prints on them and after i wipe the screen make orders for me and my mate notification cane up no paper for printing your orders... are u sure to continue and we want pay on counter because got cash... Its same im both visit mean no one even give a ... *#$@& About it... and after i see they serving couples front of us after they stand out of line i wait 5 min until someone fund out i need there attention because there bring ready meal to call the customer.. They came i give the order number 65(its different from desk number on desk i think its 167 last couples order number) and i see all of this unattended rubbishes and uncleaned floor table even the serving area.... oh ... food salaf don't have the traditional 🍅 tomatoes that small one ... they just add slices of tomatoes like from burger supplement... lettuce 🥬 are not fresh even.... my mate denied eat it... cheaps (french 🍟 Fry's) are fairly warm bot not reall fresh it's turn bit hard means long time after there ready there stay there because it's not busy as it's must again because of new covid... burgers are good and really frah and juicy...but because of low hygiene and must the employees wear gloves 🧤 blue 💙 🔵 one food grade powder coat and natural LaTeX food handling standard. No they don't mask are not mandatory but atleast who serve the people on desk must wear during interacting with people.... It's be disappointing... About atmosphere u see a chair take out from its stand and its place it's screws and stainless steel bars mangled in around like chaos scene.... 2 different employees one full energy blast and smile and maje u feel energetic another slow look tired and not happy to interacting with customers.... Read moreTo whom it may concern my name name is Clarence and I arrived at Mc Donald’s Frankston to grab a bite to eat as I got Off work, I’m by far highly disappointed at your staff you had working around midnight 14/04/2021, I asked for a meal that wasn’t fresh, mind you when I went to grab my meal and sent down my nuggets were cold after I kindly ask the manager to make everything fresh while ordering.
When I approach one of the workers and told them about my meal at the register she stated that I would get 9 chicken nuggets instead of 10 because I had already took a bite out of of the nuggets, I replied “well I feel I deserve my nuggets in all because I wouldn’t have to make a request had my meal been fresh.
Not only did myself and a couple of other customers have to constantly wait with frustration, but everything I requested to be fresh came to me separately which made it even worst because I had to wait for chips, burger, and nuggets at different times.
Then I also had to witness empty soda cups by the soda fountainlaid down in a not so presentable matter.
I’m highly upset because you would think a company like Mc Donald’s Frankston south would train their staff with Morals and ethics, proper customer service, and mannerisms, not only that but you would also stop and think after long months throughout the lockdown they would teach their workers about hygiene and to play only the music that Mc Donald’s allows them to play and not their own.
Mc Donald’s is a restaurant where people come with their family and love one and children to relax and enjoy their meal, sorry to Say but that did not happen and I really hope Mc Donald’s Frankston South get this fixed.
I would also like to state that when I left to go into my car the manager then blurted to Fuc* off while smoking a cigarette with her friend outside while on break.

Drive thru. No matter what, they’ll always force you to park in the waiting bay so their drive through timer is low, which makes the management think they’re a working hard. Their “parking bay” literally says no parking, but they’ll still force you to park there. Even if their parking bay is full, they’ll happily make you still park there and block the road.
On ANZAC day of all days, I came into the store and all the staff, including the day manager, were playing techno music loudly and were all dancing and screaming like children.
Not long ago, I ordered a banana shake on the app with my meal, got to the window, and was told they aren’t doing shakes. Asked if they could just cancel my order, and they told me no I had to swap my drink and wouldn’t give me back my money.
Left feedback online about that situation asking for a resolution on this, someone from the store called while I was working and left a voice mail. When I tried calling back, no answer or call back. No email to follow up with either so it never got resolved.
Now we ordered on Uber eats, 3 our our 4 burgers had no pickles, and the other burger wasn’t even packed with the order, and the double cheeseburger was so squished it was basically inedible. Didn’t receive the sauce for our nuggets, they gave us the wrong drinks, chips were packed upside down and the bag was all ripped so the chips were all at the bottom the delivery bag.
