I don't know where to begin describing my disappointment. I was with at least 10 of us when we went in at just before 2 pm, we just finished a tour of the CUB brewery. When we approached the bar, one of us was able to order a beer, then one of the staff members near by on a lap top abruptly came up to us asking us "what is this? Is this a bucks party? It looks suspiciously like a bucks party, just have one drink, then please all leave". The rudeness was borderline hostility, with zero explanation she booted us. She rambled something about a booking which we knew nothing about but proceeded to be extremely hostile to us. I never thought I'd say this but I've just found the first craft brewery I will never buy from again. It's not any policy of the brewery I am disappointed with, it's the hostile rudeness. It was absolutely uncalled for, we did nothing to deserve it. I am just so disappointed in you moon dog. I hope you do not treat any other patrons like that ever again because you have just lost quite a few former loyal supporters. The beer was nice though.
